O2 recently announced the introduction of a dedicated SIM only product for the Apple iPad that includes unlimited access to BT Openzone and The Cloud Wi-Fi hotspots and a choice of 500MB, 1GB or 3GB of data priced at £2 per day, £10 per month or £15 per month respectively.
Apple and O2 have worked closely together to ensure that customers get the best from their online experience with the iPad. This includes a unique integrated monitoring system which will notify the iPad user when their data usage is nearing their SIM only plan limit, with a direct link facility to upgrade or cancel their SIM only plan.
